If you haven't received the email then you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox, and tried logging into the account on http://appleid.apple.com and re-requested the verification email (and double-checked the email address on the account) ? If you've received the email but the 'verify now' link doesn't show then try accessing your email in a different browser.
If you are refering to your changed user name that is not a Apple ID. Since it has been changed I doubt you will be getting a verification email.

Log into the account via the 'manage your apple id' button on http://appleid.apple.com, you should be able to change the primary email address on the account

For info these are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from you posts (it's not a good idea to post personal info on public forums, unless you like spam emails).
